Former railway General Manager shot dead

Former General Manager of Nepal Railway was shot dead at his residence in Sirsiya-1, Jajakpur, Tuesday night.

According to police, Yadav was shot by a local man identified as Harershiv Yadav when he was in a meeting with his relatives. Four others were injured in the shooting.

The incident is believed to have occurred as a result of dispute over the land on which a pond is being constructed in the area.

The assailant quickly fled the scene after opening fire at Yadav and others attending the meeting. Police said they had launched manhunt for him.

Two of the injured have been admitted to Janakpur Hospital while another critically injured villager has been taken to Dharan for further treatment. nepalnews.com

 It seems like NC & UML are in favor of direct presidential rule with the help of Nepal Army. President then  will hold the fresh round of CA election which would be better option for NC & UML instead of election held under Maoists led government. Because let there be no doubt, if the current Maoists government holds election, be it by threat, bribe, FALSE hope, they will win the two third majority.

My point being, the current uncertainty and lawlessness helps create case for presidential rule.
