I am going to Nepal in a couple of months. I know everything you get in KTM is cheap compared to the USA (NY). , But is there any products example day to day items, cosmetics etc that has a huge difference in price range. Your thoughts

Things like medical expenses and legal expenses are much higher in the US due to the lobbyists influencing government decisions. Thats why an xray costs hundreds of times higher in the US than in Nepal or india. Same with legal fees.
