Malai Ny ko Dl nikaalnu paryo.. but I have out of state Driving license... baahira ko Dl yaah transfer garna milcha ki... pheri driving test dinu parcha.... ani k k document chaahincha id nikaalna... any suggeations will be appreciated...

Walk into DMV in NY with your SS/ Utility bill for address verification and your Passport or birth certificate fill up forms which is normally around the door then walk towards counter and process and pay the fee.

You can just transfer your out of state license to NY state. you will need I-20, original license, SSN, Passport , and a fee of around 50 dollars. You don't need to take any tests. Make sure your out of state driving license is more than 6 months old (check issue date).
