  In which state is the best to file for asylum case?

or where  state will be easier? I have heard about different states and everyone says california ...but i am trying to figure out why cali or not other states?

 please kindly share some info .

 i guess its shouldnt be a matter of discussion about travelling when it comes to papers, but moving from east coast just bit harder. Wish if anyone knew  about other places or difference between applying in different states.
