hi everyone my mom is gonna apply for my sister's graduation so can you plz tell me what documents are required in Nepal and what docs are needed to be sent to Nepal from USA. Will the be a problem for my mom to get a visitor visa as I am also here in US initially F1 but now asylum pending? Your informations are appreciated. Thank you

Hi there............I think your sisters university or college has to send an invitation letter first...send that to Nepal for your mom so they (US embassy) know why she is applying. I dont know what documents she will require but.........may be others will help.....Thats all I know ........Good luck

Ur sister needs to send her transcript, an enrollment verification, and a letter stating that she is in good standing and is about to graduate in July/Dec.... Although not necessary it could help if she can get her advisor to write a letter that he/she would really like to see the mother attend ur sisters graduation.

 

for my graduation invitation i just send invitation letter from college and rest documents are made in nepal like we had applied for visa also it will be always better to have full prove to convince them tht she is going back after the ceremony or some time after that
