Do you know how much it costs  for ESL classes in Northlake Irving college. I would like to know if the ESL classes qualify for instate tuition for a resident ( GC)

If you have been living in Dallas County for more than 1 year and have a green card you do qualify for  instate tuition.

By good teacher you mean someone who will give you "A" even if your attendance is just 50%??
