What is the name of your state?
Alabama

Hi everyone, I came to US in F1 visa in jan 2006 and could not afford going to college so i lost my status in spring 2007. I applied for reinstatement but i was just denied in march, 2008. However i am dating an american citizen since december 2007 and planing to marry this december 2008. So my question is will marrying her help me to get me a permanent residense status? We also have been living for 2 months together. I just want to get my life back and im so much in pain. Please help.

If you are out of status, you can still get permanent resident, however, you have to apply for I 485 Supplement A which is 1000 dollars more than regular I 485. best of luck buddy.

Dear Imraj,

"So my question is will marrying her help me to get me a permanent residense status?"

Absolutely! Regardless of your status you will be given permanent resident status after the USCIS offical takes your interview. But before that  you will get your SSN if you dont have one then you will you get your Work authorization. Here are the steps that you need to consider before you file for adjustment of status.

1.Get legally married.
2.Your spouse must make atlest more then poverty level, somewhere more then 21K. If thats not possible find a co-sponsor.
3. Live together, have same bank accounts etc.
4. Have atleast 7-10K for necessary paper works and for lawyers fee if you are going to get one.
5. Have pictures take of your weeding ceremony, and some vacations etc.
6.Know each and everthing about each other even the smaller details.
7.Be confident in your interview.

We all have our ups and downs in life. Sorry to hear that you are out of status. But you can bring your life together and live the American dream. After your permanent residency you can study in a good school and pay instate tuition. I hope you do complete your education. One more thing if you are solely getting married on the purpose to save your status then you wont live happily nor be satisfied with your life in later years. Green card is nothing when compared to satisfaction , education and family etc. Be wise and make a good descision. Best of luck.
