Mclaren has been thrown out of constructor championship. They have been banned from this year and the next year as well. However drivers have been given the chance to keep their points.

By spying on Ferrari their driver won the race so their points should also be deducted. Well ther might be argument that it was not drivers fault but they used the car, so drivers point also should be deducted.
