Last week during Carter's visit to Nepal, you could see bigwigs such as prachanda and baburam bowing down to the great capitalistic ex president of the US. If they had any pride in their Maoist masters they would have stayed miles away from the official from the country which terms them as terrorists. Inspite of their high post in the Maoist dictates the two maoists went to shake hands with Carter like rats in gutter finding swiss cheese.

After the meeting the two were heaving with pride on having been able to meet a person as important as Carter.

So much for maoist referendum on dumb sycophants.
