Government of Gyane does not hesitate to misuse this project as political weapon. China Card, Pakistani Card, Terrorist Card, Melamchi Card did not work at all. What?s next India?s UN card. India will make it to security council even without Nepal?s support. India is asking in a friendly manner as a good neighbour. If KG does not support this he will have other difficulties.

The people in Helambu, Sindhupalchok area sacrificed their thousand?s of Acres fertile land for the project, for the people in Kathmandu.
Let people drink cleanwater from Melamchi. Let people not suffer from Dyrerea, Dycentry, Hepatitis etc. We will save many beds in hospitals for other diseases and save a lot of money going outside country for medicines. It brings the Revenue too, from drinking water and electricity as a side product.

It is a well planned project. See pictures how they are drilling 26 Km tunnel.Very simple technique using simple machines and local manpower. It will precipitate few dollars for Nepali workers in Melamchi.
