 what is EAD attached letter?

Hi everyone,

I have been reading threads to get info regarding TPS re-registration but the one thing intrigued is EAD attached letter. I never paid attention to the EAD attached letter because I looked it has basic information about EAD. I have most likely thrown that attached letter. Does it really matter in order to speed-up my process? I do want to speed up my process and I do keep all the documents safely but never heard the importance of this EAD attached letter.

please share any suggestions you have.

Always try to keep officials documents, even keep the envelope, it is wise for you to do it.

If you look at that EAD attached paper, The first line next to USCIS logo it says

Please Read This Notice: It has important information. We also recommend that you keep this notice for your records.



Yes, it DOES MATTER. You can get your new EAD within less than 45 days with your tear-off portion current EAD letter.
