TPS ko required documents and fee 1. I-821 form fee $50 2. I-765 form fee $380 3. I-94 4. Proof of Nepali such as passport or Nepali citizenship 5. Supporting documents from Nepal that how earthquake has effect you and your family 6. Biometric charge $80 Total application costs approximately $515

I disagree with alama56 on the documents required. Dont need I-94 if you do not have one. Also dont need the documents from nepal regarding the earthquake. TPS is not necessarily granted to earthquake victims only. But you do need some sort of documents to prove continous residence in the united states. Any nepalese can apply for TPS regardless of being affected by earthquake or not. thanx
