Hey people.

A company in the US was very keen to employ me. However, they let me know that apparently, there is no more H1 Visa until April next year. They asked me if I knew about some other way that they could employ me. So, I was hoping you all could help me.

I thought that perhaps getting a J1 visa, and considering the job as an internship first, would be a good idea. However, I got to know that It is not easy to convert the status from J1 visa to H1 visa. Is it so? Kindly, let me know about it if you have any idea.

Some of my friends came to US on J1 and converted into H1B.  According to them it is not that difficult as people say. The only rate limiting factor I see is J1-waiver by Nepali Embassy, because Nepali ma ukhan 6 ni "Rajako kaam kahile jala ghaam". Bottom line, don't worry buddy, majale aaye hunchha, mera dherai saathi harule tesai gareka chhan.
