 Are you planning to go there for Undergrad or Grad School?? The university is in a small town called Brookings. Living expenses is fairly cheap. I believe Off Campus work chance is zero (unless you have work authorization). In campus job will depend on whether you are coming for undergrad and grad and the department you are planning to joinhttp://studentorgs.sdstate.org/nesa/nesasdsu.html. There are almost 100 nepalese students there now. You may be able to get some info from nepalese students association. contact them.
