Buffalo meat here in the US is actually Bison meat LOL...not like Rango back home ...its the hairy Yak like animal...quite tasty too lol

Any big popular Grogery store( stop n shop, market Basket, whole foods etc ...ask for buffalo meat in the meat dept its usually kept around the beef area. They sometimes have steaks and ground meat. makes good momo.
