postal service ---> good transportation system -----> no chakka jaam ------> good law & order ----> educated politicians
Everything ends up in 'politician'.. as long as we have cowards ruling our countries, it is a heaven for criminals, corrupts and mafias.. No hope with the current system.. We are 'greater bihar' now.
