Can anybody recommend a good publication for GMAT? I heard Kaplan's GMAT book is crappy ( just rumors ). Also, what's the best way of tackling GMAT? I went through a few books. Maths looked tricky for the most part, and English seemed like a real tester!

I've also heard that there are a few websites that will allow us to take samples tests ( full length ) for free. Any suggestions?

The official guide 12 edition is the closest to the real thing which u can buy off Of MBA.com. Then there's manhattan GMAT website. I recommend you buy the 6 tests. I think it's probably around 30 dollars.

Appreciate your response tyrannyoflogic. I need a good GMAT score too. My GPA is piss poor. What's jjings? :S I googled them but it couldn't find anything.

Try Manhattan GMAT books esp. sentence correction and do the practice tests that come free with them. I bought the whole set and they were pretty helpful.

Official guide questions and GMAC.com CBT are must.
