Try USPS. I have sent laptops, printers, scanners in the past at various times and their prices was the least compared to DHL, FedEx or UPS. You can estimate out on their website.

Thank you for the Quick Reply @nepusa When you sent the items, where do folks in Nepal pick it up? Also do they need to pay taxes for receiving the item?
