Thank you in advance for everyone. I am trying to change status from TPS to F1. I already got I-20 from my college and also paid for SEVIS fee not I am in confuse for the further process. what should I do now? While browsing online I found I have to file a change of status form. It will be a help if any one give me further direction. Thank you

Go to this website: https://www.uscis.gov/i-539 It has all information and forms you need to file. I don't have personal experience changing status, so can't give you much details. Hopefully someone who's gone through similar situation here will pitch in

You have two options... file for the change of status to F1 with USCIS or exit the country and apply for a new F1 visa from US embassy abroad or Nepal.
