Has any of the fellow sajha members unlocked Iphone 6s on AT&T contract?

I called AT&T and requested them to unlock it. they say they cant since it was a promotional deal (AT&T pays for this phone in 30 months). So, i dont have the option to pay it in full and get it unlocked through them.
Tried googling some online services but cant seem to find any reliable ones.
I am going to Nepal in few days and would be nice if I can continue using the same phone even while in Nepal.
I called a few people in Nepal and they say IOS 10 cant be unlocked yet.

Does anyone know of any online services that unlock and how much they charge?
or any services in Nepal that do the unlocking? and how much they charge? if you know any, would appreciate if you could share the name, location (if in nepal).

Any information would be highly appreciated.

Call at&t again and tell them i am visiting overseas , i am going to use this phone over there then they should do it . Good luck
