 TPS for Visiting Visa

Hi,

One of my relative came to US in Feb 12 2015 in Visiting Visa. Mean while she applied for F1 and case is Pending right now. She got opportunity to File for TPS. Now she got REF and she need to submit like Police report , rent or utility bill, paycheck etc to make sure that she is USA since June 24 2015. But she don't have anything like that
Please help me , if any Sajha member has any experience on this.
