I was trying to apply to the new MRP since my curren Passport is going to expire. So, when I looked at the form, I was in dilemma what address to put. I mean, 10 years ago, the place I was born was a VDC and since they recently announced new Municipality, do I write the new address or old one?
Anybody applied for a MRP with new municipality address?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

U can renew expired passport frm DC embassy, they dont care abt the status. As rahulvai said, put the same address as in nagarikta. Though ur VDC might have recently converted to Municipality, the personnel in passport department in nepal will check your credential based on what info they have which is nagarikta and old passport info with vdc address.
