Our mind creates tomorrow and dwells on it forgetting this moment! What a foolish mind! Past exists right now within our mind as memory, future exists within our mind as imaginations; these both conditions exists right now within our mind as Vrittis (thoughts). This leads us to a wonderful realization that there exists nothing but "this moment!"

Are you regretting your past? Are you imagining a happy future event? You are losing your life which is happening right now. Time is a delusion. It is a confusion. The life is filled with life when one starts living this moment. What creates tomorrow? Our desires, our cravings creates tomorrow! When one gives up all hopes and desires, his or her life is filled with life. Now, what do you mean by life filled with life? Experience this yourself.

The ghost of tomorrow robs all our happiness and our joy of being. We forget to enjoy this moment because our mind is constantly planning some future events for greater joy or is incessantly dwelling on past memories. This creates restless in the human mind. How can a restless mind experience peace and contentment? The whole life becomes a garbage by this ghost of tomorrow. Do what needs to be done, but slain this ghost of tomorrow which is the result of our selfish desires.

Darkness exists but light has no idea about this darkness !!!
