ma yeuta consulatncy bata porject ma kaam gardai chu..H1B file garey ko thiyo consultancy le yespali ....major degree B.Sc. Information Technology & Security ho..aaja yeso case staus check gareko RFE ko  notice pathako raicha.. ..k kaaran le huna sakcha RFE mageko?

Any ideas???

Please don't panic. RFE might be because of various reasons. These days RFEs are very common specially in H1b cases. Most of the time it is because they want your employer to prove employer/employee relationship because you are working for consultancy.
or
There might be some missing documents. Wait for RFE letter then you will know detail.

 It is normal in these day if you are working through IT consulting firm especially Indian one. They might ask you proof of working like emails, photographs, pay stubs, client letter if you have not submitted before,.Just response them properly.It is no big deal.
