Need an apartment? I'm moving out in November and my lease will expire on September 2018. -You will save $300 on deposit. -I am also willing to pay half of the rent for December. -This is a Unique atmosphere with two-story home style floor plans. One bedroom, one bathroom, with a loft on the second floor (that could be turned into a second bedroom) with a walk-in closet, one kitchen and dining room, a fireplace, and a private patio with extra storage and washer and dryer included inside the apartment. There's a dog park, swimming pool, gym inside the Apartment complex. The Apartment is also located only minutes from Safeway, Costco, Target, licensed childcare centers, major shopping malls, downtown Denver, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Town Center at Aurora Mall, and the Denver Tech Center (DTC).
