H1b visa gurus, Is it OK to work as a part time employer for company B, though my h1b is issued from company A? I saw some posts on some immigration sites, that we can work as a part time employee for another company..but i am not sure where to begin. Anyone with this situation? -M$Hacks

I dont think so. You can not make extra money from other resources than your visa sponsor. So is the case with F1.

you need to get another h1b approval from thta company to work part time .else u cannot work for anyother company than the one that hold ur h1.

H1 gurus... my friend's H1B employer slashed working hours from 40 hrs/wk to 20 hrs/wk. Is that allowable ? Thanks for your time.
