Dear Mr Sommers,

I regret to inform you that the EAP only provides for the reimbursement of tuition expenses to it's employees who earn a grade of C or better in any preapproved college course. According to the registrar at your college you have earned D on your psychology course, so EAP will not be able to reimburse your tuition fee.
