Do anyone know the procedures to change a tourist visa to H1 visa?

u gotta be kiddin dude unless  u really have done well in ur studies in nepal.........
i guess ur not in F! status......but seriously i think the best thing u need 2 do is to apply for F1. but im still not sure if it would really work.

From what I know, it used to be easy in the past. However, they have changed the policies and its harder (if not impossible) to do that. You can go back to Nepal and apply for a F1 status. Since you have been to US before, I guess they would give u the F1 status easy.

Hi i did change my status from B1 to F1 but in interview i had tole them that i am to give exam to pusue my college, so u have to declare prospective student. thats what they wrote in my annotion of visa , to give exam and for higher stjudy. I changed in 28 days. One fren of my did the change too from b1 to H1 but he was acceptd by John hopkins university and the university did everything for him., u may try it too.
