माओवादी आतंककारीवाट हट्यो, ए माओवादीको स्वागत (कोहि छन् आतंककारी ?) सुनिल दाहाल :काठमाण्डौं, २१ भदौ । अमेरिकाले नेकपा माओवादीलाई आठ वर्षपछि आतंककारी सूचिबाट हटाएको छ । यूएस डिपार्टमेन्ट अफ दी ट्रेडरीले आइतबार माओवादीलाई आतंककारी सूचिबाट हटाएको औपचारिक जानकारी गराएको छ । अमेरिका सरकार निर्णयलाई भने एकिकृत नेकपा माओवादीले स्वागत गरेको छ । तत्कालिन विद्रोही माओवादीलाई सन् २००४ देखि अमेरिकाले निरन्तर आतंककारी सूचिमा राख्दै आएको थियो । काठमाडौंस्थित अमेरिकी सेन्टरमा आक्रमण भएपछि अमेरिकाले माओवादीलाई आतंककारी सूचिमा राखेको हो । माओवादीले आतंककारी सूचिबाट हटाउन अमेरिकालाई पटक पटक आग्रह गर्दै आएको थियो । माओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले आंककारी सुचिवाट हटाउन अमेरिकालाई वारम्वार पत्रचार समेत गरेका थिए । यता, आतंककारी सुचिवाट हटाउने अमेरिका सरकारको निर्णयलाई एकिकृत नेकपा माओवादीले स्वागत गरेको छ । उसले पार्टीका गतिविधी युद्धताका र अहिले पनि पार्टीको गतिविधी राजनितीक नै भएकाले अमेरिकाले आतंककारी सुचिमा राख्नु दुखद भएको वताएको छ । एकिकृत नेकपा माओवादीका नेता कृष्णवहादुर महराले यो निर्णयले थप सुदृढ हुने प्रतिकृया दिए । प्रधानमन्त्री बाबुराम भट्टराईले पनि माओवादीलाई आतंककारी सूचिबाट हटाउन कुटनीतिक पहल गर्दै आएका थिए । माओवादी शान्ति प्रकृयामा आएपछि माधवकुमार नेपाल नेतृत्वमा बाहेक लगातार सत्तामा रहदै आएको छ । पार्टीका अध्यक्ष दाहाल र उपाध्यक्ष भट्टराईले गरी दुई पटक सरकारको नेतृत्व माओवादीले गरेको छ । यसअघि नै आतंककारी सूचिबाट हटाउने तयारी गरे पनि भातृृ संगठन योङ कम्युनिष्ट लिग वाईसीएलका र शिविरमा रहेका माओवादी लडाकुको गतिविधीवाट अमेरिका आशंकित हुदै आएको थियो । दुई वर्षअघि नेपाल आएका दक्षिण तथा मध्य एसिया मामिला सम्बन्धी अमेरिकी प्रमुख उपसहायक मन्त्री प्याट्रिक मुनले पनि सूचिबाट हटाउन माओवादीले हिंसा र आतंक जस्ता गतिविधी त्याग्नुपर्ने शर्त राखेका थिए । अमेरिकाले माओवादीलाई आतंककारीको सुचिमा राख्दा तत्कालिन नेकपा माओवादी युद्धमा थियो । तर शान्ति प्रकृयामा आएपछि माओवादी दुई भागमा विभाजन भैसकेको छ । अमेरिकी पत्रमा यो नै माओवादी भनेर इगित भनेर गरिएको छैन् ।। http://www.canadanepalvid.com/2012/09/news-september-7th-2012.html

asylum is depend upon individual i guess its not related with current news , not a party. US took off them from terroist list becasue they were no more dangeruous for us nationals only . but asylee are here to protect their life from their criminal activites who are citizen of that country... .... if what you said bad news for future asylee , if its true then it is definetly a bad news for pastly approved asylee too. USA will send them back to nepal as situation gets better , right ??? so its not good news or bad news for new asylee or past asylee .....
