As far as I know, the only university that provides CPT at the very first year of Master Program is University of Northern Virginia but recently they are in big trouble in visa violation. ICE raided the university. They are no more allowd to issue. I hope you are not one of those victim. If you move to Mid west then there is one university in Iowa called Maharishi University of Management. They can provide you the CPT. But I am sure, sooner or later they will be in ICE scanner too.
