Hello People , I need big suggestion. I am Currently in F1 . ONE US CTIZEN BUSSINESS OWNER IS READY TO HELP ME FOR MY PAPER WORK. WHAT SORTS OF HELP I CAN GET FROM HIM FOR GREEN CARD. I HAVE WORK PERMIT RIGHT NOW ( NOT H1B, JUST IN OPT ) WHICH WILL EXPRIE WITH IN 6 MONTH NOW. NOW THAT PERSON IS READY TO HELP ME BUT STILL I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF HELP HE CAN GIVE ME TO GO INTO THE PROCESS OF GREENCARD. CAN HE HELP ME IN ANYWAY SO THAT I CAN APPLY FOR GREENCARD. PLEASE GUYS I NEED SERIOUS AND POWERFUL SUGESSTION .

he can sponsor you h1 if you have valid qualification he has jobs available. and then GC. Same as if you'd do it with a company.

i dont have much qualification, just associate degree aba university join garne ho after i finish my OPT. Kha bata aba chori takne keta hooo , teti samma chai gardaina ....I think better will be if i talk to lawyer ? Ki kaso keta ho.
