How many bedrooms and and wot is the rent?

$1375 two bedroom, one garage, finished basement, 3 levels

Manassas, that is expensive. One of my friend is renting townhouse for $1050 including electricity.

 It depends on the type of house probably. There are houses that are 30 years old. Mine is built in 2002. Just to rent a 2 bedroom apartment in that area(check westgate apartment), it costs $950, that too, without electricity and no laundry.

The mortgage + tax +HOA + insurance alone for my house is $1250/mo, now you do the math.
