I am Prakrity from nebraska.I heard about the instate tution for international staudents if someone with greencard or resident of here agree to show them as dependent.I am already 21 and I am not sure if I am eligible for that.But I heard for girls,u can apply until u r 23.Is that true?If so what are the requirements to apply to get instate tution.I would appreciate if someone can provide me some information on this.

Go and ask the ISO of that school. You can always ask can you get instate if you are dependent. And what's the age.!!!

I dont know much about NE but  universities in Florida offer you in state as long as you promised them that you will return back to nepal after finishing your degree...

 most of the university system in Minnesotta offer in state for int'l students as well.....

Hi there,  Yes you do qualify for instate tuition if a permanent resident or citizen claims you as a dependant for his or her tax purpose. It has to be immediate family.

I graduated with instate tuition fee. What is ur major? There are many universities that offer instate tuition fees if u have good SAT or GRE score, or good GPA for current students.
