Why Maoist is killing Police only? Are they incapable fighting with Royal Army? Look at these recent developments, the king is traveling the east and Maoist killing Nepalese Police in west and outside Katmandu valley.

It is strange that nothing of any sort has happened in the East where the king is currently travelling. Not even bomb blasts (or has any news been censored?). Smells fishy. Provides support to the Girija hypothesis that Maoists are supported by palace.
