TLDR. Process still same. If there is a third company in between for extensions USCIS will require client letters and MAY extend only upto the specific project period rather than standard 1-3 years.

That means wages for workers on GC/Citizenship will go up more now. Good for us I guess, but on the other hand, this may also mean automation.
