@tytimes: Basically it depends.. According to my experience for my own case few months back , AHH AHHH NOOOOOO. The info pass session guy didnt knew anything and he was hesistant to provide any information. The funny thing is he only provided the information that I already know like Case is handled by Nebraska service center, they are reviewing the case..... Just wasted my 1 hour on info session... Well, things ca be different on place where you live so I think you better consider and spend an hour on the session, it might help you.
