I brought a few noodles packets from Indian store in the US. They all are date expired. I noticed only after eating the first one which had bad smell. What should I do?

What you want to happen - Sue them and make million $$$ and become a millionaire and live happily ever after. What will happen - You trash rest of the noodles and from next time you will check the expiration date before buying.
