@JaiPashupatinath -- right now there are two ways Nepal can be granted TPS.
Option A: The bill passes House and Senate, is signed by the President, and becomes law.
Option B: Director of DHS issues TPS through executive action.
Option A has no chance. There is no way this Bill will go anywhere. It will just die in Congress.
Option B is what I was referring to. Option B has nothing to do with the bill in Congress.
