Need help to send a dell xps laptop to my brother who is in UK. The laptop needs to be send from the US. Checked the ups site ..don't want to spend 2-300 bucks..ain't worth it and the usps is quite confusing ..and wassup with the VAT and the customs charge..do i have to pay it even if it's for my brother and gifting him..Anybody in similar situation before? any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

you do not have to pay if its a gift .just tick mark as a gift. use dhl or your regular post .
