Room is located on great location in falls church.ITs a single family house. We're looking for a professional or a student who is very well organized, quiet and clean. Rent is $500 per month and includes ulility,cable,phone, and internet. Parking Space also available if you have a car. Room is very large and can easily accomodate two people, so if you want to share it wih a friend, it's fine with us ( only $600/month for 2 people).
