I came in America with a tourist(b 2) visa. My visa is expiring in a month. I was planning to extend it but I do not have enough evidence to get assurance that I will get extension, mainly because my sponsor does not have enough money in his bank to show that he can finance me during my stay. He is currently working for a company I don't know if the letter from the company will be suffecient.

I do not want to go back Nepal now and I do not want be illegal. I also planned of going to grad school. But since I haven't applied for any schools I can not do that either.

Is it possible to transfer visa from b2-f1? Is it possible to maintain status by getting enrolled with Kaplan or language schools?

Any suggestions??

Go to any language institute such as Zoni language and do change of status to F1 at the moment later on you can transfer to any college if you want. Good luck...
