This is all due to the irresponsible authorities and the system. Such persons who raped that old mother should have thier hands and legs cut and buried alive under the earth. The authorities who didn't filed her case should be sent to lifelong prison.

This news really reflects our system and civilization. Where we are? Where are our civil rights? We are living a cheap life with cheap authorities and politicians. Our birth, death and sacrifices go cheap in our country due to our system.
