https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp AnnualCreditReport.com allows you to view your credit report from all three agencies once a year for free. It is the law that you can view your credit report once a year for free. hope that helps. and if you want to monitor your credit score apply for Washington Mutual credit cards, and they have this free credit score monitoring service for cardmembers. go to www.wamucards.com and apply. i am a washington mutual (wamu) credit card holder and i believe you can apply for a wamu card only by invitation. if you ever held a providian credit card - it was bought by wamu and you can access your FICO score at wamucards.com after registration. for all wamu credit card holders, you can see your monthly FICO score free of charge. all three credit reporting agencies will allow you to view your credit profile free of charge once a year but i don't think this includes FICO score. you might have to pay for FICO score or become a member of a credit card which provides free scores.
