I talked with my brother who is in Germany, he says the flights have started following the normal schedules. Which basically means the telex system must be open, maybe someone working in a travel agency or an airline might be able to get in touch with someone back home. Hope this helps.

Now that the airport is open, I have heard Air India and RNAC are back on track. But what about other airlines, like Gulf, Qatar and Thai? Are they back to normal schedule?

Thats exactly what I am trying to find out? Everybody are busy talking about the phone line and internet but I have not heard any positive answers about the international (Thai/Qatar) flights. This guy on the other thread was saying that his sister fly back from nepal on Feb 4th. Hopefully somebody will know and come up with accurate answer!

I know a person, who is flying from either Qatar or Gulf, is arriving today. I am not sure about the names of airline, but I heard that all International flights are resumed.

I just found out that Thai airlines landed at KTM airport today.

I hope that internet will be established soon too. I don't see any rhyme nor reason to close the ISPs down.

I know, why the hell do they need to close the airport and internet down .I totally accept the fact that something had to be done and I am happy the King was brave and smart enough to do it but he is making people suspicious by doing all those unnecessary things. Thanks for the info guys.
