Steriods
So the cats out of the bag.
Giambi and Bonds used steriods.
A couple of years ago, former MVP Ken Caminiti (he died before the age of 40) claimed that 50 percent of baseball players used it.
Then another former all-star, Jose Canseco, made a similar claim.
So, the signs were there, but we (the fans and media) didn't want to believed it.
I love this game. I grew up playing stick ball, baseball in high school, and collecting baseball cards (mostly topps).
But I think that we should disregard all the records broken like Homer runs and hits.
THEY ARE CHEATERs !!!!
They didn't cheat us since we enjoyed the offense performances.
But they cheated the old timers like Babe Ruth and the young kids who idolized them.
They should not be excuse in anyway shape or form. Just like if you cheat on an exam or plagarize you get kicked out of college.
Sammy Sosa (corked bat), Mark McGuire(angestorione), Bonds, Giambi...are all FRAUDS.
They should be excluded from the Hall of Fame. Atleast Peter Rose earned those hits.
