I applied for Naturalization 17 March 2020 online, and received msg as below. when checked today, Any suggestion what should be done?? is any one getting the same? N-400 Your application has not been submitted. Although we have received your payment, you or your representative needs to call USCIS at 1 (800) 375-5283 in order to finish submitting your application. Status We could not complete your submission.

You need to call USCIS. It looks like there is a glitch somewhere. As long as u uploaded GC front back, marriage certificate or divorce decree you are good with documents requirement. Please call them, all USCIS work has been on hold. Some of my friends interviews and oath have been de-scheduled. May be someone in the office have to recheck before it is accepted. Good luck!!!!
