Dear All,

I have TPS and TPS based EAD. I am feeling that I have to select A(12) but I am not 100% sure. I forgot to save my last EAD renewal application. The current EAD is A(12) category.
Can anybody suggest me?

Do I need to send the passport photo as well? I am not applying AP though.

A12. Go ahead. C19 is for the nationals of tps recipient countries. Or who have lived in that country.

A12 definitely. C19 is for the initial TPS application.
