these diseases can be get from anyone not only bhalus. let me give u an example- suppose a gal A had a sex with a guy named B since they fall in love. This was A's first time and she trusted B. A didn't know that while B was outside the country, he and a sex with gal named C who used to be a slut. C got Aids from other guy. So B has it too then it got transferred to A. A is innocent but what to do. So accident happens, aba car nai nachalaune?
